The Angler and Hunter apprentice contest is in its 3rd season and Lukas Storer, Season 3 Apprentice joins Mike on a pheasant hunting with him.

Angler & Hunter Television host Mike Miller is most at home chasing largemouth bass, and on this episode, he is running solo and flipping a jig trying to see how many bass he can bring to Crush City.

Mike is trying to double down trick a coyote and turkey into a decoy spread.

Mike starts the deer season feeling confident that he can fill his deer tag, but as the weeks and months pass through Archery and Gun seasons, it’s evident that he might be looking for a recipe to make tag soup.

Mike is on a fall fishing adventure, that starts with trying to boat the fish of ten thousand casts then to looking to jig up some late season Lakers but has a surprise guest show up. With freeze up only a couple weeks away he tries to fill the Lund with Lake Simcoe Jumbo perch.

Chasing Wild Turkey in the spring can seem pretty easy, but there’s many a slip between a cup and the lip. Mike and his daughter, August, start the season with a field full of Toms, but some bad luck has them struggling to get a Bird down. Mike resorts to some ghostly tactics to finally get a crack at a Gobbler.

Mike and his daughter head to sunset country in Northwestern Ontario, the city of Kenora is a hidden gem. Hotels, Restaurants, nightlife, and plenty of great attractions make Kenora an amazing vacation destination. But did we mention fishing?

Mike and his daughter head to northern Ontario and join an avid group of grouse hunters from the Ruffed Grouse Society walking trails, pushing through thickets and sharing stories of the ones that got away and didn’t get away!

Mike heads out with Rapala Pro Staff Aaron Nijjar, who is an ambitious up and coming Bass angler. They share some history and inspirational stories while using some old school tactics to put a few big Largemouth in the boat with Rapala CrushCity soft plastics.

Mike is hoping to punch his deer tag but with only one day to sit in the stand he hopes all his preparation pays off and a buck shows up on the last day of the season.

Mike heads out to Lake Simcoe in hopes of getting some finicky smallmouth bass to chase a new Rapala jerk bait and uses a finesse follow up bait to hook any fish that are reluctant to bite.

Mike’ daughter, August, is looking to punch her Ontario bear tag with the hopes of harvesting an eater sized bear that can be prepared for a BBQ at the hunt camp for all the crew.

Mike heads to Picton, Ontario to fish with Kevin Lavers, owner of the renowned Merland Park on the Bay of Quinte to chase Walleye with swimbaits.
